Back Orders
Only items currently in stock should be available on the web site. If there is an error and your order cannot be filled, the items will be put on back order and you will be notified. If you wish to cancel your back order please contact us as soon as possible.

Tax Charges
All prices include VAT at 17.5% where applicable.

Card Security and Privacy
All transactions are completely secure. All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Colour Selection
If you have specific colour requirements for your discs, this information can be entered into the 'Checkout' process on the same screen you are asked to enter your customer details. If no suitable disc is in stock, you will be contacted to arrange an alternative.

If no colour preferences are given, the first disc in the weight category you have selected will be chosen on a completely unbiased basis, and your order will be processed and shipped more quickly.

Should you be unsatisfied with the colour of disc you receive, simply return the disc in mint, unthrown condition to the address below for a refund, or you can contact Disc Zoo to arrange an alternative disc. Standard store postage rates will apply to all replacement discs.

Returns
You may return any product to us within 14 days of purchase in unused and clean condition for replacement or refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights. Any delivery charges incurred are non-repayable. If a product should fail due to defects in materials or workmanship, please return it to us in a clean and dry condition. Faulty products will be repaired or replaced. Problems due to natural or excessive wear, accidental or deliberate damage are not covered.
