Is the Mini Buzzz PDGA legal?

It is enthusiastically approved by virtually everyone who throws it as the coolest mini ever, but some players have wanted to know about its use in official events: At 15cm, Mini Buzzz is legal to use as a marker disc. It is not PDGA approved as a golf disc or for PDGA and/or WFDF mini competitions.
