Is the Mini Comet PDGA legal?

It is enthusiastically approved by virtually everyone who throws it, but some players have wanted to know about its use in official events: At 15cm, Mini Comet is legal to use as a marker disc. It is not PDGA approved as a golf disc or for PDGA and/or WFDF mini competitions.
